A partner and the head of our business transformation and behavioral science practices, Aaron brings more than two decades of experience helping businesses change their performance trajectory through solutions that blend behavioral science, analytics, and strategy. Over the course of his career, Aaron has led hundreds of consulting engagements focused on enabling leading companies to achieve greater results from their people, teams, and organizations. At Lotis Blue, Aaron leads client engagements where complex and interrelated issues related to organization design and talent are constraining growth or creating execution challenges. He is known for creating evidence-based solutions that are practical, grounded in behavioral science, and create sustained results.

Prior to joining our team, Aaron was a Senior Consultant with Sibson Consulting where he helped leading organizations maximize their business performance by designing and implementing organization effectiveness and talent management strategies. Aaron also worked as a Consultant with Halverson Group, a global strategy and research agency that uses psychology and data science to improve brand influence, innovation success, and earned income.

Aaron has a Ph.D. and Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from DePaul University and graduated honors with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from University of Iowa. He is a member of the Society of Industrial Organizational Psychologists (SIOP), the American Psychological Association (APA), and frequently speaks and writes on topics related to organization, talent, and behavioral science. He has shared his perspectives with such organizations as The Conference Board, SHRM, TALREOS, WorldatWork, and SIOP. Aaron is frequently published and quoted in periodicals that include The Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, TechTarget, and Talent Quarterly and many others. He is a two-time contributor to The Talent Management Handbook on topics related to workforce planning, the employee experience and employment branding.
