Maggie is a member of Lotis Blue’s professional services practice and leads Orgaimi’s client solutions team. She has more than five years of management consulting experience. Maggie guides clients through transformational growth, applying fit-for-purpose advanced analytics and behavioral change to develop bespoke solutions. She designs, architects, and implements business intelligence platforms, statistical analysis tools, and workforce analytics models to enhance data-driven decision-making as a capability for her clients.

Prior to joining our team, Maggie was a management consultant within the commercial innovation practice at Palladium, an international development and management consulting firm. Her role supported collaboration between corporations, communities, and governments to design best-in-class strategic plans to achieve profitable and sustainable business results. Her work included engagements in Africa, Asia, and Latin America.

Maggie graduated with honors from Washington and Lee University, earning a Bachelor of Science with attainments in commerce and business administration and a minor in poverty and human capability Studies.
