Known for her ability to jumpstart billions in revenue, profitability, and sales, she has helmed up to $3.5B in revenue and catalyzed $800M EBITDA as the first female C-suite leader of the largest wholesale auto auction firm in the world. At Lotis Blue, Janet serves as an advisor in the business transformation; operating model and organization design; and leadership and talent practices.
