A Partner at Lotis Blue and a leader of our organization services within the business transformation practice, Holly uses her deep analysis skills to help clients across a variety of industries assess the economic and operational implications of strategic decisions, identify, and overcome the risks and roadblocks that undermine change and make long-term improvements to client performance.
Prior to joining our team, Holly worked as an Implementation Manager at Express Scripts, the world’s largest pharmaceutical benefits manager. During her tenure, she managed the transition of more than 20 national clients and more than 200,000 covered lives and advised them on their compensation and benefits strategy. Holly also worked for one of the nation’s largest health systems in the areas of operations and supply chain, lean Six Sigma, planning, and business development.
Holly earned an MBA at Washington University with a concentration in strategy consulting. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Miami University.
