
Alyssa Green, Ph.D.
Senior Consultant & Behavioral Scientist
Using her background in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Alyssa brings a behavioral science perspective to understand how individuals engage with their work and with each other. Her passion for data science and research methodology allows her to discover data-driven solutions to various organizational needs.
Throughout her work in consulting and research labs, Alyssa has conducted complex analyses, including organizational network analysis, relational event modeling, computational modeling, predictive analytics, natural language processing and text analytics.
Alyssa has a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from DePaul University. Her dissertation research explored employee experience across the employee lifecycle to uncover the drivers of attraction, retention, and attrition of retail workers.
Her Master of Arts degree, with distinction, in I/O Psychology, also from DePaul. Her research included studies on team dynamics, women in leadership, weight-based discrimination in the workplace, research sampling, and neuromarketing. Her Master’s thesis explores team processes (e.g., actions and interactions) and how they contribute to team success, particularly in NBA teams.
