Charles leverages a rich confluence of experiences from advising Fortune 10-1000 clients on high-stakes ($10M-$2B) negotiations and complex organizational problems to help uncover hidden value levers, craft compelling storylines, and design creative solutions with staying power. He speaks Japanese fluently and endeavors to imbue the subtly and discipline inherent in that language into all his work.

Prior to joining Lotis Blue, Charles served as the youngest-ever Director at Medvec & Associates, a specialty management consulting firm led by Dr. Victoria Medvec, a world-renowned expert of blending behavioral psychology with rigorous qualitative and quantitative analysis. There he worked directly with C-Suite leadership at some of the world’s largest firms to help craft strategies to address their thorniest negotiation and organizational challenges.

Charles graduated from the University of Chicago with a Bachelor’s in Business Economics and a minor in Astrophysics & Astronomy.
