Consultant
D.R. is a behavioral scientist trained in I-O psychology who turns people data into decisions. He specializes in survey and assessment design, psychometrics, and factor modeling, and is skilled in translating complex analyses into clear, actionable narratives. His approach bridges research and practice, grounding recommendations in organizational and psychological theory and rigorous evidence.
Prior to joining Lotis Blue, D.R. worked a global fintech organization supporting the learning and development programming for the technology division. This role involved building and facilitating learning opportunities across the technology division talent pipeline. Additionally, he collaborated with organizational change specialists to support the technology division’s recent culture initiative and organizational restructuring. This experience informs D.R.’s approach to broad organization-wide changes and what they mean for employees.
D.R. is currently a Ph.D. candidate at DePaul University, studying Industrial Organizational Psychology with a focus on employee mistreatment, DEI, and environmental sustainability.
He also holds is Master’s in Mental Health Counseling which he earned at University of Indianapolis. His clinical background plays a large role in his approach to consulting work. He aims to center the client and their needs allowing for authentic and effective collaboration.
