With over a decade of experience in talent and organizational transformation, she excels in advising Executive Leaders and crafting pragmatic strategies that unlock the full potential of organizations’ leaders and workforce to drive competitive advantage. Erica is passionate about blending research-based methodologies, behavioral science, and practical business insights to design solutions that achieve real, sustained results while focusing on the human experience.
She collaborates closely with clients to understand their unique goals, tailoring solutions to enhance organizational capability, talent, and systems for long-term success. Erica brings deep industry expertise in health care, technology, consumer packaged goods, and diversified manufacturing.
Prior to joining Lotis Blue, Erica gained valuable experience in the non-profit sector, supporting revenue management, client relationship management, and corporate development. Her 15 years in client-facing roles have honed her approachable and collaborative leadership style, as well as her dedication to crafting solutions that meet clients’ needs.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Erica leads the Kaleidoscope Network, which empowers and supports Lotis Blue’s female employees. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Columbia College Chicago and is a certified facilitator of the Hogan Leadership Assessment Suite.
