Jay brings four years of consulting experience across various industries, focusing on professional service firms. At Lotis Blue, he helps firms design and implement operating models, business transformations, partner performance models, and change management strategies to achieve strategic goals and visions. Jay applies an analytical and behavioral science approach to balance quantitative facts with human elements of behavior for maximum impact for client’s business and their people. Prior to joining our team, Jay worked at Burns & Wilcox, a wholesale insurance brokerage firm where he successfully grew and managed a book of commercial insurance business.

Jay earned an MBA from Indiana University with a concentration in finance and Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Finance from Centre College. Jay is Hogan Assessment certified and a certified Microsoft Workplace Analytics Specialist.
