John leads client engagements where complex and interrelated issues related to business and people processes, organization design, operating model, and supporting tools and systems are impacting desired growth, creating execution challenges, or limiting a firm’s ability to deliver customer value. Having experience at a top-tier management consulting firm and as a member of internal leadership teams, John understands how to develop fact-based and innovative solutions but also the best ways to put those solutions into practice in today’s dynamic business environment.

Prior to joining our team, John was a Managing Partner at Special Circumstances Partners, a boutique management consulting firm serving clients on product/service strategy and digital transformation. John was also Director of Operations and Strategy and TD Ameritrade, Vice President of Strategy at Aon PLC, and an Associate Principal at McKinsey and Company.

John holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with concentrations in analytic finance, econometrics and statistics, and international business and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Bates College.
