He is adept at using benchmarking, modeling, and scenario planning to translate data into clear, actionable insights for his clients.

Before joining Lotis Blue Consulting, Eric was a Consultant at Bain & Company, where he supported clients across industries such as retail and quick-service restaurants, with a focus on project management and organizational effectiveness. He began his career at EY, advising multinational clients on transfer pricing strategies and operating model design.

Eric holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance, summa cum laude, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
