Over this period, Stuart has developed a deep capability in Organization and Operating Model Design and Implementation, driving pragmatic and real-world solutions in collaboration with leaders and staff in client organizations. Stuart’s ambition with clients is to help them achieve successful and lasting strategic transformation, leveraging his skill set and experience in partnership with the capability that resides within the client.

With experience in the UK, USA and Europe, across a broad set of industries, Stuart is able to bring to bear a wide range of perspectives on client challenges, and craft unique solutions to those challenges. Stuart has UK Security Clearance.

Before joining Lotis Blue, Stuart was an independent consultant and has experience inside consulting firms such as Capgemini. Prior to becoming a management consultant, Stuart was a Chartered Chemical Engineer, working on European oil refineries and industrial gas plants.
