Alexandra combines her expertise in industrial-organizational psychology and a passion for optimizing organizational efficiency through a people-centered approach. She is skilled in quantitative and qualitative approaches and using data insights to improve organizational practices.

Prior to joining Lotis Blue, Alexandra served as the Assistant Director, Center for Research and Service at the Illinois Institute of Technology. She has also held roles as a Selection Assessor for IO Solutions, IIT, and Jefferson County, and as a Talent and Culture Analyst for Lockton Companies.

During her time as a graduate student at Illinois Institute of Technology, Alexandra worked as a Graduate Teacher’s Assistant.

Alexandra holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management from George Washington University. She previously earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Spelman College. Currently, Alexandra is earning a PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology at Illinois Institute of Technology where she received the 2023 Charles Arch Pounian Award for outstanding scholarly achievements.
