With nearly two decades of experience in leadership assessment, development, and executive coaching, she partners with Fortune 500 companies to enhance leadership readiness and organizational growth. Backed by data-driven insights, she has designed and implemented innovative assessment solutions to identify and develop top talent. Beth brings her expertise in executive assessment, talent strategy, and leadership development to support clients in building strong, future-ready leaders.

Before joining Lotis Blue, Beth spent 19 years at Vaya Group, leading large-scale executive assessments, leadership development initiatives, and talent strategy solutions. She played a key role in designing and implementing innovative assessment solutions, including virtual simulations and customized leadership programs. She also co-developed Vayability, Vaya’s virtual coaching platform. In her role as pharmaceutical sector head, Beth managed key client relationships and led business growth efforts, shaping leadership development strategies for life sciences organizations.

Beth holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources, a Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, all from Elmhurst University.
