Daniel Gough, Ph.D.

Daniel partners with organizations to design, socialize, and deploy solutions that enable operational excellence and foster inclusive workplaces. He has advised Fortune Global 500 clients on change management, business transformation, leadership development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. His experience spans industries, including CPG, financial services, health care, industrial goods, and media. With over a decade of global experience working at the intersections of management consulting, social science research, and intercultural communication, Daniel is skilled at synthesizing an organization’s qualitative and quantitative data into custom, context-relevant, and actionable recommendations that drive impact.
Prior to joining Lotis Blue, Daniel served as Managing Principal and Head of Strategy at LCW—a boutique consultancy focused on debiasing talent systems and developing culturally competent workforces. He has also worked as a Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), specializing in business operations. In higher education, Daniel published original research on global cultures, designed curricula in qualitative methods, and served as faculty in International and Latin American Studies programs at the University of Chicago and Tulane University.
Daniel holds a PhD from the University of Chicago in the Cultural Anthropology of Music. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia with a dual AB in History and BMus in Music Performance.
