Jackie has over two decades of experience as an HR leader and strategy consultant. A passionate people-first advocate, Jackie has a strong record of leading strategic workforce initiatives and providing strategic counsel to senior leaders within the health care, technology and consulting industries.

As a trusted partner to C-suite executives, Jackie has a strong ability to align people strategy with business objectives, provide data-driven insights and influence key people decisions. She is experienced in end-to-end organizational transformation, including strategic vision, program design and implementation, and change leadership. Jackie is an innovative HR thought leader, contributing insights and guidance to shape effective HR operating models, programs, and policies. She has deep knowledge of all HR centers of expertise.

Prior to joining Lotis Blue, Jackie was the Director of People Strategy with UChicago Medicine, where she served as the HR business partner to the majority of the senior leadership team and led multiple strategic workforce initiatives for the health system. Prior to joining UChicago Medicine, Jackie spent several years at IBM, in both strategy consulting and organizational development. Before shifting her focus to HR and strategy, Jackie was a structural engineer in her early career.

Jackie has an MBA from NYU Stern, with specializations in Organizational Management, Finance and Global Business. She also holds a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from UC Berkeley, and a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from Cal Poly.
