Tim brings over 20 years of experience as a health care workforce and performance improvement consultant. He has led numerous large integrated consulting projects with health care clients to evaluate their labor cost structure, improve organizational structures and deliver millions of dollars in annual recurring financial benefits.

Prior to joining Lotis Blue, Tim was a director in the workforce practice of a global consultancy. He has worked with large health care organizations and companies in financial services, manufacturing and service industries on aligning their workforce practices with their organizational strategies. He has advised executive teams on workforce management, organization design, span of control and total rewards design. Tim has designed tools and methodology for benchmarking compensation, benefits and performance metrics.

Tim earned a Master of Business Administration from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois, and has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He also holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) Certification.
