Waleed is a highly qualified data scientist who leverages his technical expertise to deliver data-driven insights that help organizations make informed business decisions. His skills in Python, R, SQL, Java, and PowerBI allow him to develop predictive models and analytical dashboards that help clients make evidence-based decisions. With experience in machine learning, data visualization, and statistical analysis, Waleed brings a disciplined and result-driven approach to solving client challenges.

Prior to joining Lotis Blue, Waleed worked as a Data Scientist at Voith Paper, where he leveraged large datasets to evaluate and illustrate the commercial impact of new innovations being developed and sold by the company.

During his time at The University of Wisconsin-Madison, Waleed supported machine learning research at the Wisconsin Embedded Systems and Computing Laboratory. He also served as a peer mentor in the University’s Data Science program, supporting students in developing analytical and programming skills.
