A founder and partner at Lotis Blue Consulting, Donncha leads the firm’s data engineering and science team and is based in our Chicago office.

Donncha has nearly 25 years of experience serving clients across a range of industries. He partners with leaders to develop their business or go-to-market strategy and then helps them realize those goals through better information management and deployment of resources, both people and technology. Donncha brings deep technical expertise combined with a practical approach to implementation that appreciates the nuances that make each organization unique in how it can and will succeed.

Prior to joining Lotis Blue, Donncha served as Chief Technology Architect at Hudson Human Capital Solutions where he designed, developed, and commercialized an enterprise software solution called TalentMax. He was a Partner at MPact Consulting and started his management consulting career at Sibson Consulting. He also spent a number of years as an Energy Engineer with Commonwealth Edison. During his career, he has helped clients with a range of strategy needs, including in the areas of growth, go-to-market, customer engagement, and talent acquisition.

Donncha holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University College Dublin in Ireland. Outside of the office, he is a frequent speaker and writer on the topics of technical talent, workforce analytics, talent marketplace, and sales effectiveness. He has been published in Workspan magazine and the Journal for Organizational Excellence.
