A founding Partner at Lotis Blue Consulting, Steve now serves as an Advisor. He brings to the firm more than 35 years of growth strategy and organization effectiveness consulting. The scope of his consulting work has included developing and executing growth strategies and determining the critical few levers for driving value and great execution of work.

Prior to forming Lotis Blue, Steve owned and operated Penfield Associates, an organization effectiveness consulting firm. Prior to founding Penfield Associates, he spent 16 years with Sibson & Company, an international consulting firm focused on organization effectiveness, growth strategies and talent management. From 1990 to 1998, he served as CEO of Sibson.

Steve earned an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science with a focus in physics and mechanical engineering from Drexel University.
