Prior to joining Lotis Blue, Erica spent time in the non-profit sector supporting revenue management, client relationship management, and corporate development. She has nearly two decades of experience in client-facing roles where she developed her approachable and collaborative leadership style and passion for crafting solutions that meet the client where they are.
Erica leads Lotis Blue’s flagship workforce research initiatives, The Science of Staying, one of the industry’s largest independent studies on clinician retention and leadership expectations. Her work integrates analytics, behavioral science, and practical business insight to help clients build future-ready leadership teams and strengthen enterprise capability. A frequent speaker and contributor to industry and HR publications, Erica is recognized for her expertise in high-performing leadership, workforce trends, and the evolving demands facing executive leaders in dynamic industries.
Erica serves as the leader of the Kaleidoscope Network, Lotis Blue’s Women’s Leadership Group, and the Firm’s DE&I Committee. In her personal life, she is also a Partner with Chicago Social Venture Partners, a philanthropy focused on accelerating the impact of nonprofits on the city’s south and west sides.
