Jay is an experienced principal with a focus on professional services organizations such as law firms, accounting firms, consulting firms, insurance brokers and carriers, and financial services companies. He has helped clients design and implement their strategies, accelerate profitable growth, and execute strategic business transformations. He also helps clients with operating model design, change management, organization design, partner compensation, team effectiveness, talent management, and workforce planning.
Jay has experience managing cross-functional teams, leading training and development initiatives, and excels in building meaningful relationships with clients based on consistent and impactful performance.
Prior to joining Lotis Blue Consulting, Jay worked as a commercial insurance broker and underwriter at Burns & Wilcox in Chicago and Los Angeles.
Jay earned his MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a concentration in Finance and was elected the Kelley School of Business MBA Association 2016-2017 class President. He also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in financial economics from Centre College.
