Maggie is a strategy and operations advisor specializing in professional services firms, with deep expertise in accounting, advisory, law, and consulting firms. She works with executive leadership teams to design and implement enterprise strategies that drive sustainable growth, operational effectiveness, and organizational transformation.
Maggie’s project experience includes strategy design and execution, organization design, partner performance and compensation models, governance design, and annual business planning.
In addition to her consulting work, Maggie is a frequent contributor to leading industry conferences and publications, including The American Lawyer and Accounting Today, where she shares insights on strategy, growth, leadership, and transformation within professional services firms. She is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, network association meetings, and partner retreats.
Prior to joining Lotis Blue, Maggie was a management consultant within the Commercial Innovation Practice at Palladium, an international development and management consulting firm. Her role included supporting commercial organizations to design best-in-class strategic plans to achieve profitable and sustainable business results.
In addition, Maggie helped commercial, governmental, and not-for-profit clients to develop new business models and product lines focused on driving positive economic and social impact in developing markets, which included work across Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Her industry experience includes manufacturing, hospitality, financial services, professional services, health care, and food and agriculture.
Maggie graduated magna cum laude from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, VA, U.S.A. and holds a Bachelor of Science with attainments in Commerce and Business Administration and a minor in Poverty and Human Capability Studies.
