Her experience spans health care, professional services, and cross-industry enterprise environments, where she has led large-scale transformations focused on operating model evolution, talent strategy, and performance improvement.

Monica previously served as a Consulting Manager at Spaulding Ridge, where she was a leader in the firm’s organizational change management capability. In this role, she partnered with senior leaders to design and execute enterprise change initiatives that accelerated adoption, strengthened leadership alignment, and embedded lasting behavioral change. Previously, Monica was Director of Client Relations at Mindful Communications, overseeing strategic accounts and improving delivery effectiveness across the organization. Earlier in her career, Monica was a Management Consultant at Deloitte, advising Fortune 100 clients on corporate transformation, process optimization, and digital enablement.
