Garrett Sheridan

Garrett brings to the firm 25 years of management consulting experience helping clients grow and transform their businesses. He has served clients globally in technology, fintech, health care, industrials, and energy. Garrett’s work is strategic and data-driven at its foundation and incorporates data and behavioral science to enable solution implementation in complex client environments. At Lotis Blue, Garrett leads engagements that involve strategy development, sales effectiveness, and complex organization transformation efforts, often including significant operating model or organization redesign to improve strategy execution and results.
Prior to co-founding Lotis Blue, Garrett was Vice President and North American practice leader for Hudson Human Capital Solutions, a public company. He co-founded MPact Consulting, which was later acquired by Hudson. In his early career, Garrett was a senior consultant at Sibson & Company and Boyle & Associates.
Garrett earned a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology and Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from University College Dublin, Ireland. Garrett is co-author of Shockproof: How to Hardwire Your Business for Lasting Success (John Wiley & Sons 2011) and has been frequently published and quoted in Management Review, US News and World Report, Management Consultant International, Workforce Management, and Workspan.
Garrett is a Partner at Social Venture Partners Chicago, a partnership of philanthropically minded individuals striving to make a significant impact in the Chicago community. He is the former President of the Ireland Network Chicago and a member of the Economic Club of Chicago.
