Using her background in operations and program management, alongside her MBA, Kalee uses data-driven insights to help clients make the best decisions for their business. Kalee is passionate about change management and organization design, and has served nonprofits, health care systems, professional services, and retail.

Prior to joining Lotis Blue, Kalee worked for Huron | GG+A Global Philanthropy in an operations capacity where she improved firm processes and oversaw resource management.

Kalee also worked in the nonprofit space, most recently as a Senior Manager for a Chicago-based team, developing college-based leadership programs and improving the team’s work flows to drive program expansion efforts.

Kalee earned her MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business in 2023 with a concentration in Management and a certificate in Social Entrepreneurship.
